Description
The film begins with decorated anchored boats and various decorative constructions as part of the 11th World Festival of Youth and Students.

Our next view is the Museum of the Revolution, in the Old Havana, with a tank on a pedestal, on the facade of the building.

In the Museum’s patio is a guard in front of war exhibits (aircraft, land force vehicles, etc) that took part in the Bay of Pigs invasion (Invasión de bahía de Cochinos) in 1961.

We see the change of guard at the Museum and a gardener that takes care of the garden.

And lastly we see some modern buildings and other buildings that are under construction.

The story of the World Festival of Youth and Students, begins in the summer of 1947 in Prague and is the largest event in collaboration with every progressive, democratic youth and worldwide students, against the politics of war, the exploitation and the oppression.

Through a variety of events such as sports games in several different sports, political seminars and conversations, concerts and other events took place the 11th festival in July 1978, in Cuba.
