Moving on the provincial road network to Steiri, Boeotia, a flock of sheep interrupts the course of the vehicle, going for grazing. A woman in black clothes, who accompanies the animals, greets the car that goes away.
The shot changes and the lens shows the parked vehicles in the parking lot of the Monastery of Hosios Loukas (Luke of Steiri) and then on the bell tower of the monastery (old defense tower), the dome of the four column cross-in-square church of Virgin Mary and the monastery defense system. The tour of the lens continues on the chapel of the Transfiguration and then records the endless blue of the sky through the bare branches of a tree.
We see views of the "katholikon" (11th century) and details from the decoration of the façade of the church where is the original tomb of Saint Loukas and then views of the altar of the monastery and the church of Virgin Mary. Shots from the courtyard where a tourist complex with a cafe and a restaurant is housed, where guests enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and the stunning view over the plain.
The filmmaker continues with shots from the moments of relaxation of the visitors and the arrival of new ones through the paths of the monastery where we can see the flowering almond trees.
