We are at Hellinikon Athens International Airport or simply Elliniko, which was the international airport of Athens for over 60 years, until March 2001 when it was closed and replaced by the Athens International Airport in Greece.
The film opens with lots of people in the airport’s waiting area as well as the artwork that adorns the departures hall. The filmmaker focuses on a sign reading "Chania" which is his destination.
Afterwards, we see the airport’s exterior area through the Olympic Airways vehicle that transports the passengers. The filmmaker records a BOEING 707 of the Olympic Airlines and the boarding of the passengers on the BOEING 707-351C SX-DBO which is named "CITY OF LINDOS". The view changes and we have shots from the plane’s interior.
The film closes with the take-off of the plane as seen in the camera from the window as well as views of the sourrounding area from above.
