We are in the center of Athens, which is ready for the general elections of November 17, 1974. The film opens with a banner on a building that says "UNITED LEFT" while we see buses and cars of that era passing in front of the camera. A short shot with the traffic on the street and the lens stands on a large building which has the banner "PASOK - PANHELLENIC SOCIALIST MOVEMENT - PASOK" as well as a sign that reads "E.D.E. NATIONAL DEMOCRATIC UNION”.
The shots from the center of Athens continue with the filmmaker standing on a banner that reads "UNION OF THE CENTER NEW POWERS" as behind it on the roof of a building we can see the name of Papastratos in large letters. Views of Athens that is full of political flyers follow while people come and go and the camera stands on the back of a car that has small leaflets with Konstantinos Karamanlis stuck to the window.
The film closes with a queue of people waiting -presumably- to vote while a woman towards the end of the queue smiles and greets the filmmaker.
