We see footage from Sicilian Avenue or Little Italy, an open air arcade between Southampton Row and Bloomsbury Way.
The film opens with shots from the entrance from Bloomsbury Way where we can see the Ionic colonnades and the small Edwardian style turrets of the architect Robert Worley.
Afterwards, we watch a film crew filming an artistic event. Maybe they are scenes from a musical or just a performance in which they want to express artistically their views towards events of the time.
The film closes with a crowd of spectators watching the artists and one of the dancers who tries to balance a broom on his fingers.
