We are outside Buckingham Palace, London.
The film opens with the band of the Royal Guards marching while we see cars of that era as well as people passing by. The filmmaker follows the band for a while, shows us the crowd that has gathered there to watch the changing of the guard and then stands on the Victoria Memorial, a memorial to Queen Victoria made by the sculptor Sir Thomas Brock. It is worth noting that at nearly 25 meters (82 feet) tall, the Victoria Memorial remains the tallest monument to a King or Queen in England.
A long panoramic view follows, showing the palace, the crowd of people who has gathered and once again the Victoria Memorial. The film closes with the royal cavalry departing in the background.
