Description
We are on the train departing from Lund, a city in southern Sweden, in the Scania geographic region bound for Stockholm, the capital of Sweden.
The film opens to shots of the train’s interior station with the ticket booths and people who are there. The lens shows us the arrival of a train and the passengers who wait on the platforms as the station master gives the order for the train to start.
We see shots from the moving train and then its interior, with the filmmaker focusing on a group of children who read and the conductor checking the tickets. The views of the route continue with the camera stopping at a sign informing us that we are in Hassleholm.
Shots from inside the train’s bunk follow with the group of children watching the route, a stop at Alvesta with quite a few people coming and going on the platforms and the lens staying on a woman reading. Afterwards, we see views of the moving train passing the Bodafors area and the filmmaker showing us the verdant scenery along the way.
