The old national road Argos-Tripoli was constructed for the most part on Mount Ktenia and used to be the only way to connect Argolis with the central and southern Peloponnese.
This very narrow and mountainous road is characterized by the continuous turns of a very large steepness and its riskiness, that gave it the nickname "Kolosourtis".
In the film, the filmmaker, impressed by the view and these turns, captures views of the Argolic Gulf and zooms in on a bus that slowly ascends the successive turns of the road. Then, as the car moves towards Achladokampos, we see views of the small plains with the houses.
The shots were filmed by A. G. Bonar during his tour of the Peloponnese in July 1966.
