Description
In the film we watch a visit to Nea Kameni of Thira, the active volcano of Santorini. Just four years before the film was shot, the great earthquake of 1956 had occurred, and the last eruption happened 10 years earlier, in 1950.
We are watching the boatman who is leading the boat out of the port of Santorini and heading to the volcano.
Then we see images from the Nea Kameni, the volcanic rocks and the many fumes from the crater of the volcano.
The film closes with a sunset.
