Footage from the rough mountain relief of Kakia Skala or Sceironian Rocks (as it was called in mythology).
The film shows the old road below and on the upper level the -today- Old, National Road whose works were completed two years before the film, in 1964. We watch the road construction support works, the lane dividers, the sharp turns and the vertical slope of the ground with steep hillsides and a passing vehicle.
The film closes with the filmmaker’s company gazing the view from the road side.
