We are in Bloomsbury Square in London.
In a Georgian-style building, people balance on the outside terraces of the windows to clean them.
We see a concrete mixer that is stopped with its bucket still working, parked vehicles, passers-by in hurry, visitors or patients entering an ophthalmology clinic, a record of the everyday life in the streets around the square.
Afterwards, we watch the efforts of a car owner and several passers-by to fix the damage to the car and the film closes by towing the car with another car to the nearest repair workshop.
