We are in the village of Brania in Epirus, Greece.
The film begins with footage of a family’s farm, during the process of milking their herd of goats. A man, a woman and a little boy milk the goats with their hands and collect their milk.
A general shot of the farm from above, the milking continues as we see the milk collectors and the surrounding animals of the herd. Outside the farm’s fence there are also other attendees.
We also watch a tied dog. The man, who was milking the goats, shows us the metal container with milk, behind him a traditional stone-made building is visible. A white baby goat is breastfeeding its mom, as the camera turns we see that the same happens with the other babies in the herd.
Three boys play rodeo riding three goats.
The owner of the animals leads the herd to graze in the meadow, followed by the boys and the woman, who were milking a while ago.
