We are in Loutra Aidipsou (or Loutra Edipsou), a town in the prefecture of Euboea, in the northwest of the island, which has thermal springs, suitable for the treatment of many diseases.
In a small marina, a tourist boat welcomes the passengers of all ages, until it fills up.
We see some shots of the northern Euboean gulf while we’re at sea and the disembarkation, in a slightly rough way, at Kamena Vourla. The babies are picked up from the boat by men in swimsuits who are already into the shallow sea and transported to shore, the other passengers are helped by others to balance on a wooden board, to get off the boat, especially the women. Older children can do it on their own.
Then we see three happy children who have ridden a mule, the adults look after them and give them a short walk on the back of the animal. A young woman also is trying to ride the animal.
The excursion continues with the boat "Fergada". Along the way we observe the verdant slopes, hills and beaches of Euboea.
Arrival at Perivolaki. The travellers have lunch as they enjoy the place’s lush green vegetation, greet the filmmaker while a little boy dances, with special mastery, the Greek folk dance, Zeibekiko.
Back in "Fergada", two children have tied their toy-boat with a rope and, sitting on the stern of the boat, watch their toy-boat follow the sea route.
Back to Loutra Edipsou, we watch the hotels and the building facilities that house the therapeutic baths.
