We are in Afetes, a semi-mountainous village of Pelion in the Prefecture of Magnesia with a population of 339 inhabitants, according to the 2011 census. It is built at an average altitude of 240 meters above sea level and at a road distance of 27 kilometers from the center of Volos.
The film opens with the sign which informs us that we have arrived in the village of Afetai. The filmmaker gives us shots of the village and the houses that are spread amphitheatrically overlooking the sea and the Pagasitic Gulf.
Then, we see views of the verdant landscape with lush and wild vegetation and the stone houses that stand out. A close-up shot at the traditional architectural structure of the houses. The film closes with an overview of the village and the country road that leads to it.
