Description
We are in Filoti, a semi-mountainous village in central Naxos, an island in the Cyclades in Greece. It is located at the foot of Mount Zas at an altitude of about 400 meters and at a distance of 18.2 km away from Chora (Naxos capital). It is the largest village of Naxos and one of the largest in the Cyclades island group.

The film opens with shots of the village and Mount Zas which has the highest peak of the Cyclades (1004 m. height) dominating in the background. Afterwards, we see a man admiring the view in the middle of a road and the lens shows us again the settlement that is built amphitheatrically on three hills (Kartsopino, Klefaros and Rahidi). It has been declared a traditional settlement since 1988.

The film closes with a shot of the mountains and probably the church of Saint Georgios as the chapel of Saint Ioannis on the top of the mountain just across, is seen in the background.
