We are at Naxos, the largest island of the Cyclades, in the Aegean Sea, in Greece.
The film opens with the port of Naxos. There are boats moored, a small boat sailing and in the background the submarine S78 (Poseidon III) which visited the island during the Navy Week 1970.
The view changes and we see the small church of Panagia Myrtidiotissa, a picturesque inner rocky islet in the port of Naxos that owes its name to the homonymous chapel that is located in it.
Then we see people that are gathered on the jetty to which the submarine has been moored and the town’s building structure as a background.
The film closes with shots of the turbulent sea as the boat departs from the port.
