Description
We are in Monte Carlo, Monaco. It is a tourist resort famous for its casino as well as for the Formula 1 races that take place in the city.
The film opens with footage from inside a car and a road sign informing us that on the left is “Monte Carlo”. We see views of the city and the port that is almost full of boats of all sizes.
A traffic warden directs the traffic while the lens focuses on the flower gardens in front of the city's most important attraction, the Casino de Monte-Carlo. The complex includes the casino, the opera (Opéra de Monte-Carlo) and the ballet (Les Ballets de Monte-Carlo). Two ladies, who are accompanied by a man, leave the building.
The film closes with the filmmaker showing us the building and architectural structure of the city through the car.
