We are in Crete, the largest and most populous island in Greece.
The film opens with a bus of that era, a young man who gets in and closes the door and the bus starts the trip. The filmmaker shows us a priest riding a donkey and talking to a boy who gives him something to note and then the priest greets with a smile on the lens. Next, we arrive at the chapel of the Holy Spirit, under the provincial road Strovles - Palaiochora.
An overview of the area with the bus, the church and the mountains. Two women wash their hands at a natural spring and afterwards the camera focuses on passengers who have made a stop and are off the bus. We see a shot of a bus in a village and two women who boards.
The film closes with the bus as it moves away.
