Description
We are in Syros, an island of the Cyclades with Ermoupoli as its capital, which is also the capital of the Prefecture of Cyclades as well as the seat of the South Aegean Region, in Greece.
The film opens with a general shot of the port with Ermoupoli and Ano Syros in the background as we stand out the Cathedral of Saint Georgios, better known as San Tzorgis. The filmmaker shows us views of the island from the ship he is on. As the ship sails away from the port, we see the Church of Saint Nikolaos standing out and we get back to the views of the island.
The film closes with the wake that are left by the ship as it leaves Syros.
