Description
We are in Veliko Tarnovo or Veliko Tarnovo, a village in north-central Bulgaria, the capital of the province of the same name.
The film opens with shots from the moving car. We see the green lush landscape as well as the houses of the village. The lens focuses on a man who has stopped for a drink at a rest area which is a large mushroom and we get back to the shots from the road. The filmmaker stands on the impressive Monument to the 1876 Uprising and then gives us a panoramic shot from above of the entire area.
The camera shows the woman recording the landscape with her camera from the balcony that has a view of the entire village as well as one more panoramic view of the entire city and the Yantra River.
The film closes with the woman who gets a tour through the village’s streets and we stand out the bell tower of the Nativity of Mary Church and then the entrance to Tsarevets hill as we also see views of the city.
