Description
We are in Kolwezi or Kolwesi, the capital of Lualaba Province in the southern part of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, west of Likasi.

The film opens with a military parade. We see soldiers, a truck of that era and then a procession of motorbikes. The lens focuses on the soldiers standing on the side of the road and as the shot opens we also see the crowd that has gathered to watch the parade.

The parade footage continues with shots of Moïse Tshombe, a Congolese businessman and politician who served as president of the secessionist state of Katanga from 1960 to 1963 and as prime minister of the Democratic Republic of the Congo from 1964 to 1965. The film closes with the crowd following the parade.
