The film includes footage from the 1st International Rally Antika held in October 1968 in Athens. 59 old antique cars from 7 European countries took part in the race.
The film opens with shots from Lagonisi, a coastal area of Attica, where we watch the antique cars racing. We see a shot of a hotel and people who have come out onto the balconies to watch, as well as a woman who stands outside. The lens stands on the woman and gets back to the footage of the race with the impressive cars standing out. We see some of the drivers and co-drivers greeting the filmmaker and afterwards, the people who have gathered to watch the race.
We continue with the antique cars and we can see the sign in the background that reads "LAGONISI COAST". The camera stands to some of the stopped cars and presumably the race’s organizers who give instructions to the drivers and we return to the footage of the race. We see the cars competing, with the Mercedes Benz, Bentley, Ford standing out among others, the crowd watching as well as photographers. The lens stands on the details of a car, the race plate, its front, children who take commemorative pictures with the it, the horn and the spare wheel.
The film closes with a shot of a 1904 Turicum with its driver Jules Leeman from Switzerland.
