Oulton Park Circuit is a motor racing track close to the village of Little Budworth, Cheshire, England. The racing circuit is owned and operated by Jonathan Palmer's MotorSport Vision organisation. The track is characterised by rapidly changing gradients, blind crests and several tight corners. The full circuit is 2.8 miles or 4.5 km.
At the beginning of the film we see in front of a cottage a group of 5 people who are loading a convertible car for a trip probably. They all look happy. We follow them as they move on a relatively empty provincial road, until they reach into traffic jam as they approach the extremely crowded entrance of a parking lot.
We are in Oulton park where the Formula Junior car races start soon. We see the preparations and then a view with the start of the race. We have views from different impressive phases of the race and from different places of the track. Especially views from an elevated seats are the most spectacular. Our group is watching with interest and is making jokes.
Towards the end we see a two-seat convertible car passes by with the winner of the races Denny Hulme who is sitting in the back and wears his crown. And then a truck with a crane pulls a racing car with the number 8, its driver without a helmet and takes it for withdrawal.
After the Formula Junior race, we have views from another car race that is just as storming and interesting even with the participation of cars of different sizes.
