Description
Kinlochbervie is a village in the northwest of Sutherland, in the Highland region of Scotland, and is the northernmost port on the west coast of the country.

The film begins with an overview of the port of Kinlochbervie, where we see many small and larger boats moored.

We then see men in the classic waterproof fisherman uniforms walking, and then we are taken on a fishing boat, which some fishermen try to moor in the harbor.

Then the fish are loaded on a lorry. We see a multitude of fish and a strange one. The film continues with footage from inside of a car, and panoramic views of the place, as well as elements of the area's flora.

Following are shots of parked cars at the port and a ferry boat carrying other cars to the port.

Kinlochbervie, a remote but busy and prosperous fishing port.

The fish comes off the boat, is loaded on to a lorry and away it goes to Glasgow, or Edinburgh, or even further south.
