Description
We are, on Clean Monday morning in 1967, on the hill of Filopappou, which is located in the center of Athens across the Acropolis and we see a woman in a red suit who climbs the hill. A panoramic shot of Athens, among the lush flora of the hill, a man who holds a kite and three kids who follow him.

A man approaches the lens, moves towards to the woman in the red. An elderly couple joins the group. They sit on the big stones of the hill as the young man holds a camera.

We see children with their parents who hold kites, climbing the hill, a little boy is dressed as Pierrot and a little girl is dressed as Amazon.

We see the Rock of the Acropolis, the Propylaea, the Temple of Athena Nike, the Erechtheion, the Parthenon and a little lower the facade of the Odeon of Herodes Atticus. The filmmaker’s friends continue to climb the hill as the Acropolis and its unique monuments look even clearer. At a distance, we can see the Hill of the Nymphs and the National Observatory of Athens.

Arriving at the top of the hill, we see the Philopappos Monument and a crowd of adults and children trying to fly their kites and we can see behind the Acropolis, the hill of Lycabettus.
