We are on the east coast of Aegina, an island in the Saronic Gulf, in Greece.
The film opens with the filmmaker and his company who prepare for scuba diving wearing the appropriate apparatus. They dive into the water and we see underwater shots. A man who leads makes a gesture to the filmmaker to follow him, which he does, giving us views from the seabed. In other places, it is rocky and steep and in others it is smooth with sand.
The tour under the sea continues with the lens showing us the landscape and the divers. Afterwards, the camera stands on a part of the seabed that is full of sea urchins. Then for a while it comes up to the surface showing us the boat that is moored in the background and dives again.
A man gets on the boat smiling and another one welcomes him and helps him take off his diving apparatus. Some of the company prepares the food while the rest sit at the table. A sailing boat passes in the background and the company sets the table. The filmmaker stands for a while to the woman of the company who smiles at him dancing and the company starts its meal, greeting the filmmaker every now and then with their glass.
The film closes with some of the friends resting while others are at the helm enjoying the view as well as footage of the boat and the water it leaves behind.
