The filmmaker is with his companion in Areopolis, a town in Mani, Greece. We watch the cobbled streets and the traditional houses. A shot of the church of Agioi Taxiarches in the historic square of March 17, 1821, with the characteristic high bell tower.
Then we watch a more distant shot of Areopolis and finally we are outside a traditional bakery where the woman buys a holy bread (prosforo) and shows to the camera the christian symbols from the stamp on it.
