Description
Footage of the Greek Parliament building from the Amalias Avenue. We see the Monument of the Unknown Soldier with the Royal (now Presidential) Guard. We also see the Grande Bretagne Hotel, the King George Hotel and the Papudov or Athanasouli Megaron (demolished in 1971), which at the time housed the Athens Police Headquarters. The streets are full of cars, buses and trolleybuses.
